“First of all I have to thank Jamie for teaching
and sharing his strategies with me (and others
out there). My only regret is not having learned
these strategies earlier. It has changed my life
dramatically and it definitely looks like I am well
on my way to retiring at a ripe old age of 30! –
I am 30 now...
I won’t go into specific transactions I have
made in the last 2 months, but suffice to say,
that by applying the renting strategy I have
now cleared $3,500 per month. Would have
been more this month but I used some of
my premiums to insure myself against a fall.
Otherwise my income would have been $4,100
per month (double my current salary).
If I am
exercised, I will be happy to own the shares
anyway, which I believe is an important factor
when in the strategy. You must be willing to
buy at the price you sold - and it saves a lot of
angst and worries later on.
All the above was achieved with an initial
$80k of my own money and $80k from a loan
but... remembering that I haven’t yet had to
use the loan, I therefore haven’t had to pay
any interest! Also all the extra ‘income’ I have
accumulated and will continue to receive, is
being saved towards the following month/s, to
allow me to generate even more cashflow.
I have also shown my mum (who was initially
sceptical of the market and didn’t believe that
it could be done with such well managed risk)
that it was possible!
The upside of all this is that I will be receiving
$500k from her in the next 2-3 months to invest
towards my future as a show of her faith in me
and in Jamie’s strategies! I can’t wait to see
the returns with that added to my already fast
growing capital! I guess she wanted to know
that she could trust me with my ‘inheritance’ in
a manner of speaking.
Also friends are now wanting to board the
bandwagon and are constantly seeking advice.
I’ve provided them with Jamie’s Intro DVD and it
looks like they will be joining up soon and well on
their way to financial freedom as well.
What can I say to finish except. THANK YOU

“Hello again… well another good month. Thanks
to 21st Century this month I have received $4,000
in premiums. I did get exercised and bought
back, so I gained on paper $6,500 plus the $3,400
($9,900) not bad for a 5 minute phone call hey!!!
This month I sold insurance for $15.50 for
0.40c ea + $4,000 bought back at $14.55… gain
if exercised $9,500.00
I may get sold, so for the month I should receive
$13,500.00 so that means $3,375 gross per week.
What a good idea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am now on track to retire within the next
12 months. YEAH BABY this is the best cash
generator around.” |

“Hi Jamie, how’s this for my very first trade?
I decided after talking with my Broker that I
wanted to buy XXX to Rent, i.e., apply the strategy.
I put $10k into my account and arranged a loan
of $10k. At the time, around mid March, XXX was
trading at $4.83 so I was looking to buy 4,000, a
total of $19,320.
I decided however to buy them wholesale by
Selling Insurance, i.e., 4 contracts of the $4.75 and
for this I got 23c, a total of $827 net of brokerage.
So if I’m exercised at the end of April I’ll
effectively buy them at $4.52, minus brokerage.
XXX is currently trading at $5.10 so with 3
weeks to go until expiry it’s looking like I won’t
get exercised, so I’ll just keep the $827 and do it
again next month. I didn’t even have to draw on
my loan so I don’t have to pay any interest.
Not too bad. Thanks heaps.” -

| It was great to catch up with fellow graduates and
meet Jamie on Tuesday night, especially the Q&A
Session with Jamie prior to the commencement
of the Seminar. I would like some feedback from

to have a “refresher seminar/meeting” say once a
year, for Homestudy Graduates to use as a “think
tank” or a Forum to express their ideas.

| “Well everybody... until I had a chance meeting
at an investment expo in Brisbane a few months
ago I would have never even known about 21st
Century nor the renting strategies that we all
know now...
To tell you the truth it was the nice girls Jamie
had, handing out the packs that got me. Jamie
was there and now I wished I had talked to him
but anyway…
Doing the course I now have a company
structure in place… just like the video, Super
Fund... Trusts etc.
I have done my first trade and received a cool
$3,400 in premiums and if I do get sold I will
gross $9,900.
Not bad for my first time out (for 1 month).
That’s without leverage which I will be doing in
the near future…
I challenge you out there, to get off your
butts and loose the fear… just do it!!!
When I get fully under way I will be on $10,000

My wife and I are currently half-way through
the Homestudy Program, and I thought I’d share
some of our successes so far. Although all non-
financial yet, successes to us nevertheless:
- We have decided to take up meditation,
something I would never have thought of
doing – this is a big change in my mindset and
I’m more than willing to take it up!
- We have planned our holidays for next year.
I cannot take 1 week in every 4 (yet), but 1 long
weekend in every 4 is more than good enough
for me. There is a lot of Victoria we have not
visited and it’s now time to do so. My boss is
more than happy for me to do this rather than
taking more than 2 weeks in one go.
- I have received a pay-rise already, just showing
a more positive and proactive mindset has pay
dividends (so to speak) in my workplace.
- We have committed to give 10% to the
Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne.
They have looked after our kids and we want
to give something back.
When we received the introductory video, we
were very sceptical, which was good. We did
some research on other ‘Wealth Education’
Courses, but Jamie’s was the only one we ever
really considered as Jamie makes it simple to
understand.

and congratulations to those who have taken
action, as having like-minded people around
made our decision to do the Hometudy Program
so much easier. Life has never looked so much
